Our Counselor In Training Program is for campers exiting 10th-12th grades. CIT applicants must go through an application process. CIT applicants must provide three references who will each complete an online questionnaire about the applicant. Atleast one of the three references must be a pastor.
CIT applicants must attend Senior Camp before serving as a CIT during Junior Camp.
CITs will receive training in:
- Leadership
- Team building
- Recognizing their spiritual gifts
- How to have a gospel conversation with campers
- How to work through conflict
- and more.

For Pastors, Ministry Leaders, Deacons, Coaches, Managers, those in leadership roles, and those desiring leadership.
Come join us to be challenged and refreshed. Come to be filled, learn from one another, and make Kingdom connections.
Lionhearted Leadership Conference 2026
October 1-3, 2026
ARRIVAL & SIGN-IN will be Thursday, October 1 from 5pm to 7pm. Supper will be served at 7pm. If you may be running late, let us know so we can save you a plate.
Departure time will be midafternoon on Saturday, October 3, 2026. If you can't attend the whole conference, let us know and come when you can. Meals and (optional) lodging are provided. Bring twin size bedding or a sleeping bag if you plan to stay on campus.
We will have an OPEN SNACK BAR throughout the conference.
FREE CURRICULUM TABLE - We will have a table set up for free curriculum so we invite everyone attending to bring any books, study guides, devotionals, merch, anything you're willing to give to someone who could use it for ministry.
Registration is $40 Per Person

WHO IS THIS FOR? High school students and adults who want to learn how to be a disciple of Christ and make disciples.
ARRIVAL & REGISTRATION will be Friday, November 13th from 5pm to 7pm. Departure time will be mid afternoon on Saturday.
Meals and (optional) lodging are provided. If you plan to stay on campus, please bring twin size bedding or a sleeping bag.
