Lion-Hearted Shepherds Conference
November 13-15, 2025

Hosted by Camp Eunice and Pleasant Hill CC Church in Roberta, GA.

Speakers will be:
Pastor Stan Givens, founder of 614 Ministries

Pastor Matt Rutland, Pastor of First Congregational Christian Church in Douglas, GA 

Pastor David Cromie, Pastor of Edison Baptist Church in Edison, GA

Pastor Victor Joshua Herman, Pastor of First Baptist Chickasaw in Chickasaw, AL

Pastor Wes Fuller, Interim Pastor of County Line Congregational Christian Church in Hampton, GA

ARRIVAL & SIGN-IN will be Thursday, November 15, 2025 from 5pm to 7pm. Supper will be served at 7pm. If you may be running late, let us know so we can save you a plate.   

Departure time will be mid afternoon on Saturday, November 17, 2025. If you can not attend the whole conference, let us know and come when you can. We can do daily rates as well.

The preferred registration method is online (see link below) so we can plan ahead, but we will offer on-site registrations for the conference.

Meals and (optional) lodging are provided. Bring twin size bedding or a sleeping bag if you plan to stay on campus.   

We will have an OPEN SNACK BAR throughout the conference.   

FREE CURRICULUM TABLE - We will have a table set up for free curriculum so we invite everyone attending to bring any books, study guides, devotionals, merch, anything you're willing to give to someone who could use it for ministry.   

Registration Cost is $40 Per Adult.

If you are mentoring a teenager or have teen leaders in your church or ministry, they may come to the conference as long as you or their parent serve as their guardian for the weekend. $25 Per Youth (under 18).

Group rates are available upon request.
